A pavilion next to Feilong Bridge, which does not exists any more.
Feilong Bridge 飞龙桥 was the first iron chain bridge across the Mekong, built in 1863 according to Baidu. The bridge was washed away in 1962 and a new bridge built about 1km further upstream. The pavilion overlooking the river remained, but it is unclear if it was submerged when the hydro power station was built.
