Dali is famous for four things: 

1. 下关风，the wind of Xiaguan
2. 上关花， the flower of Shangguan
   
3. 苍山雪， the snow on Cangshan
4. 洱海月， the moon over Erhai.

It is so windy that Xiaguan is also know as Windy City.
